**To make a booking we require that you provide us with the dates that dialysis is required and the necessary forms to be filled out and returned. This can be done via e-mail, fax or online. Once received, a member of the dialysis team will contact the patient to confirm the booking and help answer any questions or anxieties.

**For those coming from overseas, due to our infection control policy, we only accept patients with a proven negative status for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV and MRSA. Cyprus is a low risk country, limiting the need for isolation on return. However, please confirm with the governmental health guideline policies of your country.

**We are a private hospital and therefore we do not accept the EHIC (E111) method of payment but we do accept a Letter of Guarantee from your NHS Trust or your Local Primary Care Trust. Many UK patients dialyzing in NHS units and private Satellite centre’s use this method, where the Trust is invoiced after the agreed amount of dialysis sessions are completed.

**We also accept a Letter of Guarantee from your insurance provider.
